Depress the push buttons to remove the front leg extensions from the walker. 2. Position the wheels on the outside of the frame. 3. Depress the push buttons on the frame of the walker and attach the wheel extensions the frame. 4. Adjust the wheel extensions to the desired height. (Walker frame should be level). 5. Replace rubber tips on rear legs with glide tips provided. Use wheel extensions on front legs only. Ensure all push buttons fully protrude through adjustment holes.
